Who Should Apply?

This scholarship is designed for students who are ready to take the next step in their educational journey while demonstrating both ambition and need.

Eligible applicants must:

• Attend New Kent High School or Warhill High School

• Plan to enroll in a trade/technical program, community college, or four-year college/university

• Demonstrate financial need

• Submit a complete application, including:

  • Letter of Introduction

  • Letter of Recommendation

When/How to Apply:

Applications must be submitted by April 9, 2027. Download the application below, then complete and return it according to the directions on the application.

Selection Process:

The scholarship recipient will be thoughtfully selected by a committee made up of both Jenna’s family members and community representatives. The award will be paid directly to the recipient’s educational institution, ensuring it goes toward supporting their academic journey.​
